What is Insights Discovery®?
Insights Discovery® is a psychometric tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung. It uses four colour energies to make differences in personality preference and behaviour easier to understand and discuss.
No one colour energy is better than another and everyone draws on all four energies in a unique blend. The model helps people see how they prefer to communicate, take in information, make decisions and respond to others. It also gives teams a shared language they’ll remember and use.
The colour energies describe preferences rather than ability or fixed types. They help people stay curious about differences and choose how to adapt their approach.
Each participant completes an online evaluator to receive their personal Insights Discovery® profile. A certified practitioner then brings the profile to life through a workshop and coaching, linking what it reveals to the person’s role and the organisation’s goals.
