Brief: Madrid & Beyond asked us to develop the company culture as the business scaled-up.

Solution: We identified 3 specific needs: Developing company values, implementing simple people processes and increasing the capabilities of people managers and then designed solutions to address each.

New processes were quickly adopted and effectively embedded by better equipped Leaders and managers which drove a more engaged and productive team.
