How does the Challenge work?
The Challenge will be hosted by us during the week of July 4. Each day we’ll serve up a 30 minute virtual activity.
Each activity will get you to assess your own business against a key People topic and we’ll provide a short video and checklist to help.
You complete each activity at a time of your choosing on each day and we’ll be online throughout to encourage you, answer your questions and share our expertise.
On the Friday, we’ll then have a virtual call to pull everything together AND give out prizes for those that best complete the activities… Yes, there are prizes!
By the end of the Challenge, you will have a clearer sense of how you are doing against our People First Framework and have outlined a simple “People Plan” to move forward.
